Pey's Customs
All information regarding ordering a commission from me can be found below. However, if you do have any questions then don't hesitate to contact me on Discord (username: helloimpey).
★ Terms of Service ★
By placing an order with me, you are agreeing to all of the rules outlined below and confirming that you own the rights to the character you are ordering.★ If you don't send payment within 48 hours of me sending you your completed artwork, then it will be sold as a premade without any changes being made to it (unless we've had a conversation prior to this)
★ All PayPal payments will be requested after your order has been complete through an invoice. I will require your PayPal email for this.
★ Do not send any payment until I request it, this will happen when I post your completed preview.
★ All my payment is in GBP (£). You don't need to worry about how to send in this as PayPal will let you send in your own currency and it will automatically convert to GBP for me.
★ I do not give refunds once un-watermarked art has been sent.
★ If you don't like your custom and decide not to purchase it, I will sell it as a premade. If it is an OC, I will change a maximum of 2 things before selling it.
★ You may not alter my art without my permission.
★ Resells of my art are permitted in my Discord server only.
★ You may not edit your order after I have accepted it without asking me first.
★ If you cancel your order after I have begun, I will complete it and sell it as a premade.
★ I do not automatically accept every order form placed, please don't take this personally as sometimes I'm just more inspired by some themes than others!
★ Custom Information ★
For all of my customs, I use my own basic IMVU screenshot base unless someone really wants to provide me with their own. You don't have to use IMVU to buy art from me and my art isn't purely art 'for IMVU'. I always use very plain screenshots without hair and any accessories and I think the transformation from the beginning base to the end product is pretty vast. I share this information with you as a lot of people have a predisposed idea of what an 'IMVU edit' is and I believe that my work is more than just an IMVU edit <3All of my customs by default are drawn on the canvas size of 500 x 688 but smaller crops can be provided if requested for no extra cost. In addition to my normal customs, I offer 'mystery' customs. This is essentially like ordering a premade where you pick the theme beforehand. This choice is supposed to be a surprise/mystery and therefore it's very rare that changes will be made. However, I will send a little mood board before I begin. You provide me with a simple key word/short sentence like 'gothic witch' or 'cute pastel kitten' and I will draw something that matches that theme. Because it is a mystery, you do not provide any more information than this. Obviously, once you see it you may not like it and you do not have to buy it - it will then be sold as a premade instead with no hard feelings at all.
★ Style 2 ★
Note that I am not currently taking orders in this style as I need lots more practice.Style 2 is artwork drawn from scratch. All artwork in this style will be created from a completely blank canvas (no bases will be used). Therefore, for this style you will have to provide me with a lot of references for exactly what you'd like (hairstyle, colours, pose, etc). The more specific, the better!Or, if you want to order this style but have no specific ideas for what you want, you can order a 'mystery' version. This is where you just provide me with a theme that you'd like (e.g:, elven warrior, gore Halloween, etc) and I'll create a surprise for you! However, please note that I don't send WIPs for or make changes to mystery orders.All orders will be created on a 200 x 275 canvas, but you will be provided with additional 160 x 220 crops. You can upgrade to a 500 x 688 canvas for an extra cost.

★ Ordering Process ★
I offer monthly slots for my commissions. Meaning, at the beginning of each month I will announce how many slots I will be opening and leave the ordering form open for around 48 hours. Some months I may accept more slots than others.★ At the beginning of each month, I'll announce that commissions are open and how many slots I'll be accepting.
★ People will then have 48 hours to submit a form. You are allowed to submit as many forms as you wish if you don't know which character you'd like to order with.
★ After the 48 hours, I will review all of the forms and choose which ones feel the most inspiring to me for that month to accept.
★ I'll then work on these orders over the course of the month and they will all be completed at some point in that month.
★ I post WIPs and any questions I have in a dedicated section of my discord server (linked below) but if you're not in my discord server or wish to keep your piece secret, I can DM you instead!If you'd like to order, check out below or in my discord server if my slots are open currently and then submit an order form if they are.

Complex poses and expressions will count as lots of details, things like accessories don't usually count as lots of details unless they're very complex.If your character hasn't been drawn before:
If you have reference pictures for your character that you want compiled together for the first time, this will incur this charge. If you already have art drawn by other artists then no charge will be added. If you just want me to follow a screenshot you provide, no charge will be added.Detailed background:
This covers backgrounds that need more time and effort on them. Things like a sky with clouds or a moon or a flowery field I can do quite easily so these are free. If you're unsure, we can discuss prior!Bribe slot:
Having the bribe slot will put you to the top of the slots for that month. Meaning that your order will be complete in the earlier stages of the month rather than the latter.
